OUR STORY
Welcome to Cherry’s Mini Goldendoodles – where passion meets pedigree!
We are the Cherry’s family, proud proprietors of Mini Goldendoodles since 2018. Our journey began with a deep appreciation for this charming hybrid breed, and we are dedicated to helping individuals find their new furry family member.
Having cultivated a profound understanding of Mini Goldendoodles over the years, we embark on a mission to guide those interested in welcoming these intelligent and affectionate companions into their homes. Our fascination with Mini Goldendoodles began years ago, influenced by our beloved companion, RUBY.
RUBY’s presence was a constant joy during our upbringing, and their absence at the age of 12 left a void that only a Mini Goldendoodle could fill. In a heartwarming gesture, our family surprised us with GIZMO, another delightful Mini Goldendoodle, during a special occasion. GIZMO became not only our faithful friend but also introduced us to the wonders of Mini Goldendoodles.
United by our love for these wonderful dogs, my spouse and I decided to extend our passion into breeding. Today, we raise Mini Goldendoodles with the utmost care. Our fenced yard ensures the safety of our pups, and despite the breed’s varying tolerance of water, we train them to be exceptional swimmers. Weekends find us enjoying the outdoors, creating cherished moments with our playful pups.
As registered Mini Goldendoodle breeders, we take pride in having facilitated over 80 families in adopting these delightful companions. Our dedication stems from a lifetime of personal experiences with Mini Goldendoodles, ensuring that every puppy finds its perfect home. Join us in the journey of discovering the ideal and dream puppy for your family, where love and expertise converge at Cherry’s Mini Goldendoodles.
OUR FACILITIES
We raise our puppies in our home in our “puppy nursery” which is across from our kitchen. We have eyes on them at all times. They have a safe and controlled environment that is set up for their success and development and changes week after week so that they are getting their emotional, physical, and social needs met. We also have a beautiful fenced-in yard where they get to explore and play with our older dogs as well as practice going potty outside.
SHIPPING
Shipping and Care Assurance
Absolutely. Drawing from years of shipping experience, we assure you that our Mini Goldendoodles are not just safe but are given the utmost care and attention. Airlines prioritize animal welfare, and we take additional measures to ensure a stress-free journey. Food and feeding instructions are securely taped to the crate’s top, and frozen water is provided, gradually thawing for the puppy’s comfort. Puppies are offered food during the flight, and we stay informed about flight details, including any delays or layovers.
Winter Shipping Considerations
Winter shipping for Mini Goldendoodles is completely safe within a temperature range of 20 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, adhering to airline rules. Our puppies travel in the crew cabin, where the temperature is maintained at a comfortable 70 degrees, ensuring their well-being. Specialized temperature regulation crates are used to further safeguard against the cold, allowing safe shipping in a variety of weather conditions.
The Shipping Process
Located just 30 minutes from the nearest airport and not charging extra for delivery sets us apart. We strive to make each trip count by coordinating multiple puppies at a time and accommodating your specified times. Once all payments are received, we can book the puppy a day in advance, providing detailed flight information and the location for pickup. You’ll only need to bring identification and the airway bill number.
At Cherry’s Mini Goldendoodles, our commitment goes beyond providing adorable companions; we aim to make the shipping process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Feel confident that your puppy will be well cared for and ready to embark on a new adventure with you.

TRAINING TIPS
Training Tips for Mini Goldendoodles
People often ask me at what age they should start puppy training. The answer is immediately! Here are some quick tips on the steps to training and maintaining an obedient and balanced Mini Goldendoodle from the start.
New puppy owners often make the mistake of endlessly worrying about finding the right accessories, puppy treats, or a bed. They spend little or no time thinking about how or what they will teach their new puppy. Yes, a puppy needs nutritious food and a safe, warm place to live, but another equally powerful and important biological necessity is the need for a strong pack leader.
Puppies are naturally hard-wired to follow a pack leader. A pack leader is, by definition, strong, stable, and consistent; traits many new puppy owners forget. It’s essential to establish yourself as the pack leader early on to prevent behaviors like excessive barking, chewing, leash-pulling, or anxiety.
The most important thing you can do is become your Mini Goldendoodle’s pack leader from day one. This role should be maintained throughout the entire training experience for your puppy to grow into a healthy, balanced dog.
Housebreaking Tips
All dogs become conditioned not to eliminate in their dens. From two to four months of age, most pups pick up on the concept of housebreaking quite easily since it is part of their natural programming.
In the early days of housebreaking, provide your puppy with a safe and familiar place to relieve themselves. Consistency is key—take your puppy outside to the same area first thing every morning. Reward successful trips outside with quiet approval or a treat to reinforce good behavior.
Avoid punishing accidents or creating negative associations with bodily functions. Stay calm and assertive and gently redirect your puppy to the appropriate spot.
Exercise and Health
As your Mini Goldendoodle’s pack leader, ensure they get safe and appropriate exercise to expend their energy. Daily walks are beneficial for all dogs and reinforce your role as the leader. Walk in front of your puppy to establish leadership during walks.
Consult your veterinarian about exercise routines and health concerns such as long-term bone development and parvovirus risks specific to Mini Goldendoodles.
Veterinary Care
Regular veterinary care is crucial for your Mini Goldendoodle’s health. Maintain a balanced diet and exercise routine recommended by your vet from the start. The first visit to the vet sets the foundation for good health throughout your puppy’s life.
